I got my steroid shot for my back this morning, hopefully I can get back to working out, I think I'll start with just push-ups though picking up them Dumbbells is not the biz, I bout a couple of 70lb and a 80lb hex's I'll probably never lift again lol.

I got a sticker from UPS saying I missed a 2nd attempt at a package today. It says I need to sign for it. Says its from Tampa, FL. The thing is I'm not expecting anything. Even odder is when I put the infonotice # in the website it says the origin date is 8/27/2013...I'm curious as to what it could be, but I also kinda don't care and don't want to deal with going and pick whatever it may be up. Says it weighs .5 lbs...

What do you guys think?

Generally speaking, fuck that. Unexpected, signature required shit is some kind of trap. However, coming from ups I say go for it. It's probably some complimentary ear buds from some bullshit you don't remember. Or a trap.

I'm not lifting as heavy I still have a hernia so don't want to aggravate it but wanted to get back to the gym before new years resolutions clog up the gym
