which is awesome. I use nonfat greek yogurt, bananas, frozen berries (trader joes has the frozen berry game on lock), milk, a few ice cubes, and a scoop of vanilla protein. Tastes fucking great, and has something like 70 grams of protein between the greek yogurt and the why powder.

Also, according to the scientific literature, its better to intake protein pre, rather than post-workout. I'd always done the post-workout shake thing, until I started digging around, and now I've switched it up. Here's a good review of the literature, with links the the original studies:
