I've had three friends that have worked for Dick's Drive-In and they have all said it was one of the best jobs they have ever had both experience wise and how they were treated by the management/owners and benefits given for that line of work. One dude makes over $100,000 a year now so that's saying a lot in my opinion lol. Although making a ton of money doesn't always = loving your job. Plus I'd probably generally agree with you and they might just be an exception to the rule.
