then y my forks and spoons don't rust and they always wet?
That's because the forks and spoons you have contain lesser ammounts of carbon steel making it more resistant to rusting.....if you leave them out in the rain for a long time, guaranteed they eventually rust.

When I was on my nightly patrols loitering outside the local knife factory I went awol and entered the factory where I covertly observed the whole Knife making process.

Stainless steele does not rust. My cold blue steele bowie knife is proof of that.

you do know the reason why its called stainless steel is because it doesnt rust right?
Yea but when you weigh 300 lbs and your metabolism is slower than a dial up internet connection, you sweat thick yellow grease and that grease can even stain 'stainless' steel, right VERSACERO @VERSACERO ?
