WTF I saw a truck rear end a box truck in the part of north 405 where it winds into a dark turn and there's water flooded when it rains between exit 8 and 9. Like 7 of us almost crashed thankfully we had the common sense to not be going 60 and tailgating. Theres seriously only like 6 inches of shoulder so they were disabled there and I tried calling 911 three times to report it, but the phone ended the call everytime before it went through. Anyone hits that turn in the right lane going 60 its over, they can't stop in an inch of water on the road

WTF metro pcs? Do I need to do something special to set up 911 on this phone or some shit? What goods a damn phone if yku can't use emergency services
