Guys, I eat too much salt...

With all the fast food and salt I eat at home everyday, plus already having a heart murmur, I'm sad to say this but I only have about 6 more months until I have my first heart attack

just about a month ago I decided to no longer put salt on anything I eat.

well, I take that back because PRIOR to BBQ'ing my meat I salt it, but what I mean is after.

I'd put salt on my fries after I get them, salt on my tacos, salt on errythang.

hopefully I feel some sort of change, but I feel the same.

I never use salt, all my salt intake is from fastfood.

Whenever I cook I opt to make my food really spicy instead.
