Where did you come across this song? & have you listened to their whole album?

There is a couple of cool covers on YT of this cut
Someone posted it on Hipinion a couple years ago and then like 5 days later oddly enough one of my favorite artists, Ariel Pink, released a really good, and true to the original, cover.



I'm partial to the Dean Blunt & Inga Copeland (Hype Williams) cover even more so though



The song/album had been circulating among obscure record collectors since like 2009/2010 or something like that. I think it's a solid album for sure and a good find from the era. Baby is definitely the strongest song and the real gem from it in my opinion though.

I like Ariel Winter's voice, kinda Smokey Robinson-ish
