I currently have a half dozen pints of salted caramel core Ben and Jerry's ice cream in my freezer because the last three times I went to the store before yesterday they didn't have any. Went yesterday and they had a whole full row.... so I bought them all.

Yeah I like most salted caramel things. There is a local place here that makes awesome salted caramel gelato. The B&J one the ice cream is sweet cream flavored and it has pieces of blonde brownies in it with a salted caramel core (obviously). You should get some man it's next level.
