I'd drink a 40 of Olde E right now, why not. I never minded the taste.. story time...

I'll never forget one time many summers ago when I had just turned 21 my little homie Josh called me one scorching hot day here in Washington. He was like "Hey Cory. Buy four 40s of Olde E, two each and then come to my spot. I'll buy." He was 17 but kicking it with me and my friends was already a seasoned drinker. I arrive and hand him a ice cold 40. He cracks it, takes a big chug and goes "Yo, straight up this tastes like apple juice right now." and at that moment I knew he was an alcoholic.

Most 40s are malt liquor tho. And good beer comes in dark bottles. The best beer gets better with age, bottle conditioning. You drink shit beer. Put a Stone in your life and change that thought pattern vato

since stone is the best example of great beer...
im from NorCal we have russian river brewery, anderson valley, lost coast, lagunitas etc. ive worked in a few mom and pop breweries dont tell me about quality beer. stouts and barleywine age pretty good double IPA gets sour after a few months. the flavor in hops fades pretty quick fresh brewed pales, IPAs etc taste WAY better. quite a few breweries are offering there beers in cans sincce it preserves flavor better by blocking out sunlight. it is also cheaper to ship.

I drink cheap yellow beer all the time too. i just dont buy the shit
