I'd just feel like a dirtbag asking to copy someone's dvd lol most of the people in this class are 18-22 years old going 100k in to debt and I'm 31 years old getting all my tuition for free lol

Yeah I use Premiere, it's cool, I like to edit with Avid more though. Although I did edit my last 3 short films with Premiere because I edited them at home and I have the entire Creative Cloud. I don't have Avid on my computer at home.

After Effects is a dope program, mastering it = $$$$

Most of the time you have to register the book /dvd online and the assignments are located there. To stop cheap asses like you from stealing

I've only fucked with fcp and I just recently got fcpx. I downloaded the CC apps, I needed photoshop, I'm not all that good with illustrator but I got premiere & after effects cuz I wanna learn. did you go to school for premiere or learn on your own?

I learned Premiere on my own at my first film school. A video production class I was in had us shoot some short films and the teacher basically showed us a few basics with both Premiere and Final Cut Pro X and said "get to work" lol getting really good with Premiere made it easy when I took an editing class and learned Avid.

You should try and get a copy of Avid, it's back to being the industry standard after FCP took over for a few years, Avid snuck it's way back in after people hated FCP X.
