Fuck yeah, the house I'm in the process of buying got reduced from $189,000 to $165,000. It's owned by an investment firm that just wants to get rid of it lol the house is in perfect condition and only like 7 years old.

Glad it took the bank an extra few days to dig through my history to approve me otherwise I could have been paying way more.

Think I'll be fine, haven't came up on any stories of murder or any other crime happening at that address.

Looked up the history and the previous owners got foreclosed on and this investment firm scooped it up for cheap from the bank.
