Your just getting older, Breh. My Homie & I talk about this all the time. I used to buy a gang of CD's back in the day & convince myself they were tight when they didn't grip my attention musically.
Using the infamous line, "I got to give it a few more spins." "I got to get used to it." Over looking the cover over & over to convince myself that it was tight. Reading the credits etc.
Looking back I never had to give extra spins or get used to classic albums like, "The Chronic" etc. Real Classic music.
That's why I'm short on a lot of music today. I listen with an open mind, but right way I will trash it if I even try to convince myself that it's tight.

Hella funny some of yall think gangsta rappers superheroes and can't take Ls...I could understand if mess tough ass backed down from a one on one fade. He got jump buy guys from the street, things that happen to the baddest cats out there even monster Cody who cut arms off and took to gang meetings.

andre nickatina is just a burnout off every drug possible.
it shows in their music too, you can tell where they started to fall off due to the heavy drug use and addiction.
the sad part is, they had talent and had a shot at making something out of themselves.

hustla's motivation was a banger, then i noticed a huge downfall and he became a coke addict. now he's just a cry for help, so is everyone else in the bay.
the one's who arent on dope are actually getting big though, for example iamsu and the HBK dudes, and even tho berner aint the best rapper in the world he's huge right now and already making millions.
basically, everyone on dope, but you can tell when it really becomes a problem and more than just "recreational drug use"
