There used to be a place in Pioneer Square here called BuiltBurger which had the most fucking awesome pastrami burgers. They closed though sadly.

I would open up a restaurant called Hyphy Burger. I would ask the customers if the burger was hyphy or not. If it was, I'll give them a dreadlock wig for them to shake their dreads and a coupon for their next visit...if it was not, then I'll give them their money back or something.
