Yeah I know that, know about al pastor too. I just meant I've never seen straight up just pork in Mexican food. It's always been done one of those two ways. Like I guess you can 'carnitas' any type of meat (I've had chicken carnitas before homemade, was pretty good) but if you see that at on a menu at a truck or Mexican spot you know it's pork. I don't know if that makes sense, I'm high. I've never seen carnitas AND just pork as an option is I guess what I'm saying.
