i had something like this few years ago, went to doctor and she took some blood tests and told me i was alcoholic because of liver values wasn't normal so i said to her i havent been drinking anything in a month or so, which was true and bitch was like stop lying. i think the values were fucked up because i was sipping energy drinks and coffee alot, fucked up sleeping pattern etc. funny how it all ended after few times getting drunk
