Funny enough 4-5 years ago I was lurking /b/ out of boredom and someone was trying to get them to invade the Siccness. The person got flamed the fuck out cause /b/ isn't your personal army. Still wonder who it was that got banned/ran off of here.

No it's 4chan's "open forum" there are other categories for the specific type of stuff, some of that included. They have music, movies/tv, hot bitches, gifs... all kinds of things. Are there a lot of nerds on 4chan? Sure. Are there a lot of nerds on here? Sure. Also just a bunch of normal people who fuck around on the internet just like anywhere else though.

BUT... also a lot of weirdos that make anything that happens on here look very minor in comparison but like I said almost all of that is in /b/. I haven't lurked /b/ in quite some time but I've heard it's a lot more regulated and tame now than it used to be.

That said if I decided to again I would browse /b/ by proxy just like I always did lol.
