If I'm remember the story correctly (it's been like 7 years, so my memory could be cloudy). She was hanging out with the guys from Apt.3 and they got her to get naked and stick a banana in her ass while they took pictures for one of their logo charms.
I could be wrong and it could have been a different record label though, but I'm pretty sure it was Apt.3
Also she went by the name TipsyJuggalette back then if anybody decides to go photo hunting.
