In short, he’s been behind nearly every major power shift throughout the entire series.​

Is anyone surprised? He has the biggest chip on his shoulder of all the people in the show. He wants to rule. Big time. He is like a walk-on on a college football team, with aspirations of being a pro-bowler in the NFL

Not surprising at all. The show always hinted how deadly Littlefinger is. But the magnitude of it all, going back to Lysa Arryn killing her husband because of Littlefinger, that's some shit and shows how long he's been planning / masterminding all this.

'Game of Thrones' ratings hit another new record high Sunday

“First of His Name” drew 7.2 million viewers for its 9 p.m. debut airing, reports Entertainment Weekly. The network continued airing the show throughout the night, so it totaled 8.7 million viewers for the night.

This is the third week in a row that Game of Thrones has set a new ratings record. With HBO also including the show on HBO Go, the show is averaging 17.8 million viewers in total, including all platforms. That’s up 24 percent from last season, notes EW.
