"My supervisor is currently out of office" Well then let me talk to one that is currently in office. 15 minutes after talking to them I'm back to what I was originally quoted for the next 24 months. I swear they give you the runaround just hoping you will get frustrated and hang up or whatever. I told the bitch I'm off today I don't care if I have to keep going above the person I'm talking to if they can't help me and I don't care if I'm on the phone for 5 hours lol. Literally the next person was able to help me after 15 minutes of looking at the bill to see what was wrong. Assholes. Except for Lee in Colorado Springs, he was cool and took care of the problem.
