EVEN IF U GOT A TICKET FOR INSURANCE, IT WOULDA BEEN UNLAWFUL. U COULDA FILED A MOTION 32 PEOPLE VS GRACE, WHICH SAYS IF AN OFFICER HAS NO REASON TO PULL YOU OVER, HE AINT ALLOWED 2 CHARGE YOU WIT SHIT...I GOT BUSTED WIT SHROOMS, THIZZ, TREES, AN ASSORTMENT OF PILLS BACK N THE DAY N I WAS ABLE 2 FILE THAT MOTION, DUMBASS COP TESTIFIED THAT HE STOPPED ME BASED ON SUSPICION OF ME HAVIN DEALER PLATES, WHICH AINT REALLY LAWFUL GROUNDS FOR A TRAFFIC STOP.. EVIDENCE WAS THROWN OUT THE WINDOW N I WAS GOOD 2 GO

I feel you my dude...I just don't be trustin them fools...it seems like they always got an agenda with alterior motives...
Thats why nowadays when I see them I don't even look at them...cause I used to and seemed like they would pull me over every time I made eye contact......every fuckin time!! Lol
Now I just keep my head noddin and keep it pushin like fuck' em....that shit works out a whole lot better for me.

lol I always do that too but I got scolded by a cop on the way to work last year. I was going 39 in a 35 right after a school zone and I was blasting my music. The cop didn't pull me over but pulls up right next to me with his lights on, I had no idea he was there, still jammin my music. I look over and he's yelling at me "ROLL YOUR WINDOW DOWN!!!!!!!!!" I couldn't tell what he said because I was blasting the music. I turned it down and I could hear him yelling finally and he said "You want to start your day with a $250 ticket?" "KEEP IT AT 35!" Then he rolled off. I thought for sure I was getting a ticket after that went down the way it did.
PROBABLY TRUE, BUT BY LAW, ONCE THEY ADMIT THEY COULDN'T TELL THE SEATBELT WAS ON, THEY GOT NO LEGAL AUTHORITY TO KEEP YOU DETAINED. OF COURSE, THEY CAN LIE IN COURT AND MOST LIKELY GET AWAY WIT IT, BUT BY LAW, THATS NOT PROBABLE CAUSE.....LIKE U SAID, THE COP HAS TO BE AN IDIOT...OR AT LEAST JUST HONEST, WHICH IS RARE AS FUCK 2 BEGIN WIT.
Yeah, they are stupid if they word it the way you're talking about. If he said "it looked like you didn't have your seatbelt on" then they can get away with it all day long. In that case, I believe you can deny giving them your license and registration but more often than not, it's probably best to just let them do their thing and let you go.
I got pulled over the night of my wedding with my wife in the car and I was still in my tux, she was in her wedding dress. He asked why we were dressed up, I told him we just got married. He didn't really believe me. Wth??? It was pretty obvious. Then the ahole asked if I was working, as if that's a normal question cops ask and I told him "yes, I work for the department of Public Safety" and I think he felt pretty stupid at that point and just let us go.
