Is it the same thing over and over? Shoot, get loot, level up, shoot, get loot, level up, shoot, get loot, level up, shoot, get loot, level up, shoot...I'm tired of cutting and pasting already.

I understand the game can be played with co-op, I can tolerate co-op campaigns (just not the multiplayer bullshit) but the cheesy humor has always been a turn off and I can't remember if I beat Borderlands or simply stopped playing it. So, assuming I snag this, shuld I just get the vanilla version or GOTY? I already have a backlog so I'm just looking to ad a couple of more titles because I am clearing some out this week.

i played through borderlands 5 or 6 times, by the time i got 2, the formula had kind of run its course with me. got monotonous. its literally the same exact game with minor tweaks. co-op is the way to go as far as i am concerned. its the only way i was able to get through the second one.

Just copped Call of Jaurez: Gunslinger, on psn for $3.99 and it was worth the purchase. It is normally priced at around $15 to $20. It's a solid FPS (weapons feel good, good shooting mechanics, skill trees/upgrades, dual wielding, hidden items, etc) with a crazy ass story that is told in a crazy way. Snag the demo and if you like it cop it.

i remember watching my friend play that a long time ago when it was first released. looked fun as hell. well put together for a discount title.
