When the system topples cities are all going to eventually be giant overpopulated extremely violent slums where everybody has to scrape and claw for everything.

Don't think we'll ever get back to the simpler times.

Caffeine tolerance sucks

I quit drinking caffeine for the most part a couple months ago, now every week or two I'll have an energy drink and still won't feel shit lol

Years of over caffeinating fucked me for ever I think

those energy drinks A: taste like I am drinking chemicals, & B: make me tweak extra hard, hella jitters & anxiety.

I am on-call all week for work, which means I'll be working through the night 3 or 4 times this week, but still coming in at 8am ....but after my on-call shift imma start taking melatonin to get to sleep at night.

insomnia is wack.
