bizarre ass morning...
woke up to a wrong number from country code 58 (Venezuela)
it's still dark out (rain) so I am thinking my alarm is about to go off at any minute, I might as well get up for the day, it's gotta almost be 6 by now.
look at the time, & it's fucking 9am! ...I was supposed to be in the office at 8.
text my boss, hop in the shower.
drive to work & that number calls me back, ....guy tells me my computer is sending malicious viruses.
I ask what computer, he says my home.
I ask the hostname, he says he's looking through his notes.
I ask my IP, he says he's looking thru his notes.
I tell him you are calling my cell, how do you know it's my home computer?
Finally, I tell him I am 16 years deep in the IT field & I know dude is trying to scam me.
.....dude hangs up lol
then it took me an hour & a half to get 11 miles to work on the 101.
I just got to work.
good times..... I feel like I am in the twilight zone right now.
