I always try to cook up something to last me *asian female voice* "long time"! I make an awesome Chili, but that recipe is secret. lol
Just get some minced meat (pork or mixed beef/pork), onions, celery, leeks, garlic as basis + spices (salt, pepper+ later on based on what you are going for cayenne, nutmeg, basil, oregano, paprika, cumin, soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, hotsauce, ketchup, bbq sauce, etc.), and add tomatoes, cilantro, parsley, etc. and cook for at least three hours over low heat.
