wow I thought I couldn't be any more opressed and the police just wanna keep a white man down (lol). I've only lived in this town for about 3 months and have already been stopped 3 times by the police (arrested twice). I was just about home and there's a sheriff parked next to my house. Doesn't do anything, but still. WTF is happening here. I'm living in a bizarro town

No I did everything right. It was the websites API computer codes messed up the process for me. I tried again 2 times in 2008. Formatting errors to put it simply. That was on Nemos part or whoever.
