man, i had a bunch of grey hair when i was like 12-14 years old...i don't know what caused me to have a lot of grey hair at an early age, but they're all gone now

I'm hoping mine go back to dark brown eventually but I doubt it haha. One of my cousins is like 33 and fully grey, he been living on his own, paying rent since 16 so I understand stress grey hair from that.

Stress can be a factor I guess, but def not as much influence as your melanocyte levels in your scalp/ hair follicle.
