prison politics are a muthafucker so lets say
a) mr stow is related to some influential woods and they want to move on these cats,
he would still have to convice his peers to allow the movement, have his people be ready to sacrifice tienda and yard, and get permission from the SS car to prevent a retalitory war.
those ducks all fall in a row and they might get hit. Realistically tho no one is going to allow a riot off some random victim a few years ago....especially with any other variation that includes them being clicked up or mr stow not having a soul behind those walls willing to strike it up, its a dead issue.

I just roll to the Dodger games with my two cousins from LA who are two of the biggest eses you ever seen. Nobody says shit, except "'Sup big homie?" or LAPD "Damn you guys are the two biggest Mexicans we've seen today" besides when I stayed out there nobody really says shit if you wear Giants gear like you think they would...and I've been all over, South Central, East and West.
