Its pretty fuckin good for store salsa... Pretty spicy too. Its spicier than the mrs renfros ghost chili salsa which tastes terrible and is too watery imo. Its 'expensive' compared to regular salsa prices but its usually always on special for a buck or so cheaper at fred meyer and qfc

What exactly is india red ale?

I can't define what a india red ale is. But that beer was good. But Ninkasi usually doesnt disappoint.

Im sure they'll say a india red ale is cross between a red ale and a ipa... just a guess though lol

Ninkasi makes great beer.

India red ale is kinda a new thing mostly coming from seattle, its basically a high alcohol red. Think of it as an IPA with a little rounder, less bitter, flavor.

So, im sure you both know this but, IPAs were developed because the brits shipped a lot of beer to india by train while it was an english colony, and it often spoiled. In order to prevent spoilage they upped the alcohol content, and thus the IPA, a high alcohol pale ale. India red ale is just high ABV red ale, so tastewise its a combination of the two (see my earlier post).
