I remember reading about that when it happened. The amount that those kids are detached from reality going by their statements is quite frightening honestly.
I know a lot of those isolated cities are like that though. Fairly decent sized, literally nothing to do for the youth, parents either work a lot, party hard themselves, or both. Shit is crazy. A lot of people shouldn't be allowed to breed.
