I got my blood work stuff back and it actually looks ok for an alcoholic overweight 31 year old. No medication and no dying for awhile. I guess my trychmedial or something like that is high but not alarmingly. Gonna have to do some research to figure out what that even is.

Pretty sure I had sleep paralysis for the first time last night.
