ive had cops draw down, and i froze with my hands out and fingers spread. its just common sense. that guy did everything to make it look like he was thinking about running / reaching for a weapon. that cop did everything to make it clear he was ready to kill that guy without hesitation, from the way he was holding that gun and advancing offensively. i dont know what was going through his head, he looked shocked and scared. but he should have just froze. if youre innocent then freeze and get cuffed and then explain it, then go home. the cop probably would have apologised and bought him coffee or something afterwards

Breh a lot of us on here "did dirt" and never snitched on anyone. But some of us have grown the up and accepted the world for what it is. Crooked ass cops, shady politicians, sheisty lawyers, scandalous broads, crazy bums on every corner, the list goes on. People are people, some good some bad. These days I'm more about mindin my own and not hatin on the next man unless he disrespects me personally. By all means if you are a career criminal, you should hate police cause they are out to get you. But if your not and your just so passionate about cops violating civil rights you should become a politician yourself. The "fuck authority" attitude without action is little kid shit

The main thing is these cops need to be trained to just non-leathal force and ask questions later... I think that u shouldnt be able to sue cops if they taze somebody and they have aheart attack or something (unless it was for no reason) because that just discourages cops from wanting to taze ppl...and if u die from a tazer u were probably weak n bad health and were gonna die soon anyway

And yea that guy made a dumb decision doing all that idk what that nigga was thinkin about... No audio but it looks like hes saying "nah please dont shoot me, let me grab my gun and shoot you, hold on a second... Aaaaaalmost got it... One more secondddd... Ahhhhaaaaa". But if every cop were to shoot in situations like this then itd literally be hundreds of shootings everyday. Cop wasnt wrong for using force, but use the proper type of force for the situation
