Zimmerman arrested again

you would think by now he wouldnt be allowed access to a gun

he's going to kill someone again, but next time aint no not guilty verdict

He's obviously packing everywhere he goes, so any altercation he gets in is going to involve a gun. At this point I think he'd be a lot wiser to just ditch the guns. The likelihood somebody is going to kill him because they see him on the streets is pretty low, and the likelihood he's going to kill another person if he keeps toting guns around is pretty high.

They didn't want to prosecute him in the first place because they knew they didn't have a case they would win, which was super obvious at trial. Like it or not that's the way our justice system works.

Zimmerman is a scrump bitch there's no question there. But the prosecution in his case should be the ones to hang. If they woulda dropped the charge to manslaughter he would be serving time as we speak. Instead they caved into an irrational public screaming racist murderer and he walked. I don't think in this case charging him with manslaughter instead of 2nd degree murder would have made a difference. The defense still would have argued self defense and the prosecution would have had to prove he wasn't defending himself.

Secondly, the fact that Zimmerman's "Friends" were allowed to testify, but not Trayvon's parents is appalling and should have been challenged. and any of the overmatched, overcompensated, old as fuck "experts" they hired to testify should have been thrown out, especially since later that retired doctor said that his testimony was wrong.

edit: plus Zimmerman's past could be questioned endlessly as well as his inability to listen to the police dispatcher.

#1 - It might be bullshit in your opinion but the law doesn't say anything about who initiates what. The evidence showed Martin got physical with Zimmerman but there wasn't any evidence that showed the other way around.

#2 - Trayvon's mother and Zimmerman's mother both testified so I'm not sure what you are talking about.

#3 - Can you provide me with a link to a news story where the doctor recants his testimony? I might have missed this.

#4 - If you're gonna bring in Zimmerman's past then you have to bring in Trayvon's past too. It's only fair.

#5 - 911 dispatcher only said "you don't need to do that" and their instructions are not orders that citizens have to follow, and that's not up for debate.

I don't think Zimmerman was in the right but I also don't think that there ever was a good enough case against him with the evidence.
