he turned and faced them with the "AK" still in hand
This all happened bc he was walking with a toy, not hurting or being aggressive towards anyone(and happened to be non white). Cops pulled up (his iPod bumping) yelling get down spics or I'll kill you.. Turns around to see wtf is going on and boom dead.

You ol suckers trying to say this is ok are some straight bitches.

I hope ur kid ends up dead so we can all point fingers and say " well the parents bought a BB gun ( it's a plastic ball not even a bb or pellet) and he was walkin by himself minding his own business being a kid and the cops come shoot him 7 times for no god talk reason.

The difference is trayvon was stalked and kille (which was wrong). Everybody threw a shit fit.

This kid was walking in a feild by himself and the cops killed him. ( people now blame the parents and kid but praise the cops) hmmmm naw bruh. Like dude said on the news if this was a white kid on the other side of town this wouldn't have happened.

In fact just recently, there was a guy on good said side of town who pulled a gun out, let off rounds, kidnapped his gf/BM whatever all while the neighbores reported this and there was a stand off for over 12 hrs.

Funny thing is the cops know they fucked up and their gonna be punished for it and it's not gonna be reported.

This is a "small" place but when shit happens, it goes down. I feel sorry for that area.

When I was 16 me and my friends bought squirt guns and spray painted them black. We thought it was funny to drive around and point them at people. We would pull up to people walking down the street and roll down the window and quote that Ice Cube skit from Predator lol. "You know you won G" they'd say, "won what?" "The wet T-shirt contest muthafucka!" Then we'd point the guns at them and people would freak out, start crying and run and shit. We thought it was hilarious until we were surrounded by the entire Menasha Police Department with their guns drawn. They pulled me over like 6 cop cars, cops ducking down behind their cars pointing they're guns on us and made us get out of the car one at a time and lay face down in the road. They searched my Moms car and found the guns under the seat. We all got arrested but they never filed any charges. I couldn't use my Moms car for like a year and got grounded. Lol that's gangsta.

i dont ever recall myself praising what the cops did to this kid....my issue solely lies in the fact that in these days you cannot simply walk around outside with what looks to be an AK-47 without attracting some negative attention..the gun looks real enough to me..which those airsofts typically look dead on just a little smaller...

(side story) i remember being at the flea market in san jose and seeing these chinese airsofts..ar-15's, mac,11's, AK-47's etc...looked dead on and i was like i want to buy one...but also thinking if i did, i might not make it back to my car alive if a cop happened to see me walking with one lol so i didnt buy it (end side story )

this isnt the 80's even the 90's anymore where you might get away with it ...but i do remember stories back then of people painting hose orange 9mm squirt guns all black and them looking dead on from a short distance and then getting blasted by the cops or other vigilantes ...hell i even had one, robbed a pizza guy with it to...we were high as fuck and young lol..

this all comes down to parenting because of his age and the failure to use common sense in situation with cops involved and who knows if the kid thought it was all good because he knew it was fake so there was no need to drop it....but you never turn your body towards a cop with anything in your hands...hell even my granddaddy told me , the best place for your hands to be even during a routine traffic stop is fingers spread with your wrists on the top of the wheel and anyone else in the car should do the same ( minus the wheel ) it keeps the cops at ease and i tell you that little bit of info has gotten me out of many tickets....but he started telling me that even at a young age and it stuck...

cops have a hell of a job, to make a decision on a daily to either do nothing or take a life ...coming at the cop like he killed the kid just to do it i think is stupid...i think most cops just want to get through their shift without any problems...so when a cop drives by see's someone carrying an assault rifle walking, its his job to see what the deal is and not just continue on with his day..because who knows if the person is really on a murder mission and by doing nothing the cop basically killed someone by not getting involved...if the kid wasnt listening to him or even gestured the weapon in the direction of a cop who may now believe that it is loaded AK...guess what you might end up on the losing side of that battle...

im not condoning the cop, but im not saying the kid was 100% in the clear either...like i said though common sense can take you far in life and the lack of can have you dead in seconds

another thing, i think your're making assumptions of what the cop was saying to the kid...you automatically assume he was calling the kid a spick...i dont believe this was a race issue as im sure it will be made out to be just because it looks so good...white cop kills innocent 13 year old mexican boy holding a toy AK-47

also wishing death on any kid in the same fashion just because you're not happy with the other side of the argument doesnt help your case...i dont have kids, but i know if and when i do..the kid will not be playing with guns because guns are not a fucking toy and in these days its not safe to play in the streets with them and when the kid is old enough and shows that he/she can use a weapon responsibly, safely and correctly than we can discuss further...

everything comes back to the parents and the lack of common sense ...dont get mad thats just the way it is

I had numerous cap guns back in the day, runnin around blastin the shit outta the homies at the time...fun shit

But I'm older now, and see this world through different eyes. I've never bought my son a toy gun of any sort. Nope, not from me he aint gettin that shit.
the world isnt the same place that we grew up with, things were simpler and less complicated it seemed also possibly less populated so we had more of a everyone knew you mentality or you knew who your neighbors were...i couldnt tell you any of my neighbors names now

true story, i dated a chick with a kid and he was given a fake shotgun for his birthday and he kept using it wrong, would always point it at people or shoot them them..he showed he wasnt ready to handle the responsibilities that come with great power ...so i revoked his gun pass and as acting "father" figure i made it known that he would not be using this toy in my house ....sure the grand parents were pissed..but thats not my concern, my concern is him getting to used to the idea that it was ok to point guns at people and shoot ....

I of course am not wishing you or anyone's son dead. Im not vindicative like that. I do, however agree with the harmless or innocent nature with with WT Savage is saying this kid was acting/minding his business and I think that if it were to happen to some other peoples kid, then they would be more sympathetic to this instead of just saying "blame the parents." You're changing your sentiment somewhat from "if this were my fucking kid, i would never allow that to happen" to the pondering, inquisitive "hmm, where ARE the parents in this situation?"

of course we all wonder where the parents are. but a lotta kids dont listen to their parents, especially at 13 years old. 13 year old boys are probably the most disrepectful/disobeying people around. this is way more complicated than that and its easy as fuck to just blame the parents. I dont think this kids parents were like "yes johnny be sure to walk with this gun in plain sight" or were just not givin a fuck.

edit: thats great u and your son have a great relationship and he listens to u and respects u and knows the consequences. I however, think the opposite is much more common at 13 years old. in fact the harder parents tried to control their kid or teach them the right thing the more some kids wanted to rebel. I knew the consequences and am grateful I was raised that way. I knew plenty of kids that did whatever the fuck they wanted despite parents trying to raise them right.

Thats another thing is moorland is like if tommyjames was real hed live there its like a section 8 farm. The parents probably said "go outside n play" because its a big open area its basically a bunch of fields with some wide spread houses and some apartments, a place where you wouldnt have to worry about accidentally shooting somebody with a bb gun. Its not like he was walking down a crowded sidewalk.

And imo they should let us see what happened on the dash cam. If somebody kills a person and its caught on security camera, its released on the news the same day. Why cant we see exactly what happened just because its a cop?

And i just wanna say that the scsd is and has been on some bitch shit. Srpd actually used to dealing with people and working with communitys in need to actually help out sometimes... The sheriffs on the other hand are all on some cowboy shit, i dont have enough time to share all the stories i have about them, and im not the type of immature person to say "oh fuck tha police cuz thats whats cool to say" so im serious when i say that these sheriffs have a fuckin ego problem, its bad when i hear cops agreeing with me on the topic

"I think the threat was the deputy," said Santa Rosa resident Brian Bushon. He is one of those neighbors and he finds the sheriff's statement about safety as being a little odd considering the bullet holes in a nearby fence and home, the spent bullet he found in in his driveway almost a block away. Was it a matter of safety or bad judgment? "A kid with a gun is pretty much going to have toy gun."

they shot the kid 7 times

"work with the community to prevent this from happening again." why dont u work with your own damn pig "community" and prevent them from killing kids, u fucking idiot.

wow @ some of the news reports. "in what turned out to be the boy's rifle." it was a fucking pellet gun u fucking retards

wow here i imagined it was one of those long barrel pump-action rifles and instead "Authorities allegedly found a plastic toy handgun in the boy’s waistband. "

ok this is fucking confusing. so he had a handgun AND the fake ak-47?

sorry but that shit looks real rip to the kid
