Hatton and Khan at least beat Paulie so one sided that the fight was stopped. Cotto beat the piss out of him. Broner struggled against him pretty bad. This is also the same Paulie that a lot of people thought lost to Cano. I think he could very well have a bright future in boxing. Has good speed and power and a great chin it seems like. But he's making all the wrong choices outside of the ring by the looks of it. Wouldn't be surprised to see him retire due to a STD, which is a terrible thing to say, but if you follow him on twitter you understand.
