its not a new bay bridge. its a new eastern span. the san fran side is still the same. which is the main part of that bridge.

They broke ground on the underwater shit in like 01-02, if I remember correctly. It's been 10+ years for sure. It's dope tho, I just came across it bout an hour ago. It's a much needed change of scenery.

maybe, but it took them like 4 years to build it from the date it was officially announced.
regardless, in my own personal opinion. its simply stupid to only do half the bridge,
they said they did it to make it more earthquake stable. how you gonna make half the bridge earthquake stable but leave the other half ?

I prefer to drive it at night. It's not too often you can come through the toll with absolutely no other cars.

The only war that will ever be takin place in this country, is a civil war. No other country is dumb enough to actually try goin to war on our soil. So if they "invest in artillery for the people" instead pf fixin the bridge, who gets the ammo? They do. Why would you want them investin in more ammo to kill us?
