Shyt im muslim and i only pray to god before each meal and when i go to sleep. Or when i need someone to talk too. Nobodys perfect. Anyways yea i cant sleep without xanax/klonopin. I been on that shyt for years. Sucks . If i dont take Any sort of benzo i will litteraly be up for 2-3 days and then sleep for like 3-4 hrs and wake up dyin. STAY AWAY FROM BENZOS/AMBIEN.

I've been an insomniac since I was a kid. Weed helped for awhile, but stopped working after a couple years. I've been taking Trazodone for awhile, and seems to be the only thing that'll keep me out all night.

Fortunately I dont have a hard time falling asleep, but when I do I'll knock down a Mellow Mood or two that Gas One hipped me to couple years back. Valerian root, and some other shit is what works well

I need to test out some of them relaxation drinks, never seen the Mellow Mood before, might try the Rockstar Relax one of these days.

LOL that's funny though how Rockstar sells one product that helps cause people's insomnia, forcing them to buy their other product that helps alleviate their insomnia.
