That's a combinations of sweat, dirt, grease, skin, god knows whatever gel, or pomade, or sheen and more dirt and more sweat and grease. Its a result of being a gross, dirty ass motherfucker that doesn't bathe, shower, sauna, or come in contact with any kinda water or soap.
