I knew a guy who started a topless hair cutting place. It didn't work out to well. You have to charge a lot to be able to pay the girls enough to work there and guys would rather go to a strip club then get a shitty haircut from a topless girl. It's a good idea but hard to pull off.

Thats why i said near military bases and i didnt say topless more bikini shii they work at hooters for minimum wage

id make it 21 and up. 20 to get in. if you getting a haircut its free admission.
girls would only strip. id have dudes cutting hair.
id make bank off the alcohol and cats renting booths.
you have to make it comfortable to where people dont wanna leave, big screens, food, alcohol, etc.

If you ever take a cab around where you live, make friends with the driver and get his card. A lot of times cabbies will drop off beer for a small fee. You'd have to call him though and not dispatch.

I thought of this a few years back, but it seems like it would be a headache to get it going. I still think of it from time to time
