Probably not, but he's still not very big in the west regardless of that. How many units do you think he pushes on each project? Roughly 500-5000 I'm guessing. Those are not big time numbers, although he does have a cult following nonetheless.

a rapper can simply grind and go to other regions, network if thats the case. having someone present you doesnt equal album sales anymore. maybe in the late 90s early 2000s. but not anymore imo. amp has music to where he doesnt need that anyway imo.
