Sorry Drake, things can’t always go your way. On Thursday night, Drake was denied access to the Miami Heat locker room after the team’s big win over the San Antonio Spurs.
After the on-court presentation, Drake tried to enter the locker room with the rest of the press to congratulate his friends. But, the Canadian rapper was stopped in his tracks.
The security team informed Drake that only media was allowed inside the room, and that’s when Drake muttered, “I am media.”
Drake’s efforts to get inside the locker room was not only caught on camera, but captioned on Twitter. “Drake was just stopped by security. He tried getting in the locker room without media pass. “I am media,” he said with a laugh,” NBA reporter, Alex Kennedy tweeted.
Despite being turned down, the rapper still managed to celebrate with LeBron James and D-Wade at a nightclub in Miami after the game.
The end result is Drake is still doing his thing & is doing more than everybody in here hating.
