Not by launch. At best if they are getting murked in sales they'll release some sort of patch or whatever but they will see how sales go first.

MS is very arrogant. Windows 8 beta was around for a year before it went on sale and despite massive criticism they didn't listen and make the changes people wanted. They simply believed people would adapt. Only now after less than stellar sales are they working on Windows 8.1 patch to fix some, not all, of the problems and things users don't like.
