Floyd saw the trout/canelo fight and realized it was gonna be easier than he thought and signed on the dotted line. I think he's at the point in his career that he wants to protect his legacy, so yes I do believe he is cherry picking from here on out and this is coming from a floyd fan.

a lot of people inculding Floyd said they had the Canelo Trout fight very close. If Trout was that good then it would have made more sense to fight Trout than Canelo. I think that would be even a tougher fight than this one coming up and that's the fight I would have rather see. Trout embarrased Cotto, Floyd didn't. So I can see why people would say Floyd is cherry picking on this one.

Come on dude, give credit where credit is due. Mayweather sells fight, love him or hate him. Not referring to you obviously but to say Floyd is cherrypicking is pretty dumb. Rasan had a good point but at the same time Mayweather and Canelo were damn near planning this fight before Canelo fought Trout they just didnt make it official cuz it would have been stupid if they did.
