To be fair Pacquiao was champion at 140 and Cotto a champ at 147 so I didn't see any issue at all with a 145 cw. However Floyd and Canelo are both champions at 154 (although I agree Floyd isn't a true junior middleweight which is why 152 is cool with me).
Manny fought Oscar at 147lb with no problem before Cotto, but like normal you leave that fact out of you double talking post.

The fight is not even a week old yet and all the Manny fans praising Manny for his catchweight wins. Are now so against catchweights. You can tell they so hurt that the fight is made. Cry about the catchweight, whining about if Showtime forced Mayweather to make the fight. Enjoy the superfight and shut up.

All you did was cry about catchweights for years fool. Any Pacquiao thread and u were in it talking about Pac "draining" fighters, hypocrite.

It was "routine" for Pacquiao... he was going to ask Mosley for a catchweight after Mosley beat Margarito. After Floyd waxed Mosley and then Mosley looked like garbage in his next fight, 147 was then safe for Pacquiao.... Roach was talking 142 for Mosley after he beat Margarito. His (Pacquiao's) fight against Cotto was at a catchweight right? His fight against Margarito was at a catchweight right? Against De La Hoya he fought him at 147 but Floyd fought De La Hoya and Cotto at 154. He's (Mayweather) fighting Canelo at 152, that's just 32 ounces bruh...

Canelo is a big dude.... you can't really compare because Floyd doesn't routinely fight at catchweights.

Mosley and Cotto were both being discussed for Pacquiao WHEN Pac was at 140, so obviously either of them would have been a cw. Pacquiao ended up fighting the guy who was in Top Ranks stable and who also defeated the other guy.

Don't even compare Oscar because Manny was at 130, had one fight at 135 and moved up to fight Oscar. It was viewed as a cherry pick for Oscar at the time since Pac was so small and everyone wanted Oscar to fight Margarita. Oscar was a big favorite to win. Obviously his cherry pick backfired horribly.

Yes, it was routine for Pac. I think a lot of that was Roach though. He knew what they could get away with. His ego was way out of control. Pac was as much of a puppet as anything during that time. Someone's always in his ear about something. For a congressman and a dude that would have as much bargaining power as he did, it always seemed like someone was just making his decisions for him. He also made Marquez fight at 147 instead of dropping to a lower weight or catchweight.

Floyd on the other hand also did the same thing too, so he's not innocent here. He just didn't do it as often.

Wow really? I guess I forgot about that. That was an easy fight to pick. I knew Manny would destroy old ass Dela Hoya haha. That fight went exactly as I thought without question. Some experts sometimes dont know shit and get things purely wrong. Got Em!!

It's not often a 154 pounder would not b the favorite against a 135. Oscar was a 3-1 favorite

Well to some it was easy to call, I made several hundred on that fight because speed kills.

But Vegas odds are usually pretty accurate and certainly reflects expert opinion. Oscar was so confident in victory he already had a mega fight lined up with Ricky Hatton in London.

Many people were furious that Oscar ducked Margarito which was the fight everyone was calling for since Floyd was retired. Oscar was heavily criticized for picking on such a small fighter.

So basically you can't answer my questions because you know I will expose your corny double talking ass.

Why Don't we talking Manny always fighting the loser of the big fight Cotto vs. Magarito, Mosley vs. Magarito, Mosley vs. Mayweather, and now Mike vs. Rios. Manny always fight the loser. Or Manny ducking testing only now 3 years later he wants random testing.

Now can you please answer my questions or are you going to change the subject again?

Lol. So Mosley didn't beg to fight Manny after his Magarito KO win? He even said he would fight Manny at 144. You love to change history.

I stated the facts. Pacquiao, when he was champ at 140, had two options - Cotto or Mosley who were both title holders at 147. One was with Golden Boy, the other Top Rank. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out which one Bob Arum would choose. And Yes, Cotto did beat Mosley.

I said that when Pac did fight Mosley it was a completely pointless fight and waste of time. I opposed that fight (you however said if Pac bests Mosley that would prove he's the real deal and of course you changed your tune as soon as Pacquiao won).

B @bigface according to Floyd Mayweather jr after the weigh in vs Marquez, he was asked how come he didn't make weight and Floyd said it doesn't matter they are fighting at welterweights. So what's the big deal if Pac and Cotto fought at CW when they were both at welterweight? I'm just going by what Floyd said.
