It's a matter of liberty. The police don't get to do shit like this. If you aren't doing anything wrong then you shouldn't have to prove your innocence or leave. If he had identified himself or been in uniform and said there were complaints about loitering, the situation would have probably gone over more smoothly.

Yes I agree, but people like Jones like to twist the perception to their own agenda. If the majority of people perceive this to be a race issue then so be it, that's essentially what it is.

On another note, we don't know if said ociffer saw homeboy pouring liquor in his can before he engaged him. Why did the guy specifically exclaim that he was drinking arizona ice tea at the beginning of the video unless he knew ahead of time he was gonna see some trouble?

Also the camera was filming the whole time; the cop would be a fucking idiot to do what he did with full knowledge of the filming; he acknowledges the camera towards the end.
