The question is how much he owes him. Is $1M all Lynch was owed or is there more? Should be pretty easy to calculate with Soundscans and digital sales records. Except I bet that Ced did a lot of hand to hand or consignment deals with stores. This would be much harder to track.

Last i heard, x and ced were cool. I remember reading one of xs authentic articles, and he said that he still has love for him and if he asked ced for a $15000 dollar check right now, ced would cut it and it wouldnt bounce.

I don't know what Ced was talking about when he said that. I know they had been communicating around that time but not sure if they actually talked about doing an album. Knowing X he probably said he'd consider it if everything was legit. A lot of people ask him about doing an album or propose that he connect with this rapper or this label.
