X-Raided should have been out of prison way before 2009!

X has always said he Did Not shoot Mrs. Harris. He did admit to being there when it happened. All of the other boys who were convicted of that crime have been freed since. "We was 4 deep, but I'm the only one now". It's been over 20 years man. X is now a husband, a dad, and a business man who does not and has not for a long time, glorified gangbangin. X has paid a severe penalty for what "they say" he did. He has changed for the better tremendously since this terrible thing happened.
My heart goes out to the Harris family, they are not lost on me. I feel for them.
Right now, X is a good man, who can help his family and many others if he is free. Jmo
Free Anerae Brown. RIP Mrs. Harris.

I guess we will find out next year after the parole hearing. It would be cool to see x in the streets of sac if he decides to stay here. I can imagine x on stage ripping shit up. Before X got locked up, did anyone see him preform at a show? Or a house party? Or was he only doing his thing in the studio?

X-Raided Plead Guilty? thats news to me
I just looked up information on the trial, and most of it is saying the jury came back with a guilty verdict, so I'm remembering something else. You've been here since way back so you might remember Chiligrrl. She said she wanted to do a story on X-Raided and when hella time passed people asked what was up with it, and she said she dropped it when she found out he plead guilty. Then I thought I remember reading an interview where he said that he had to plead guilty to avoid the death penalty but I'm getting that mixed up with another story.

My bad for the misinformation.

X has stated publicly that there were more like 10 dudes there that night. Only one person talked to police and he could only name 4 people. So those were the 4 that got caught.
Thanks for clearing that up F @Filthy_Rich . I was just stating my opinion on how coo l it would have been if X-Raided got out before 2009. That's all.

It would have been very cool for him to be out by now. We can only dream of what would've been or look to the future. Trust me, I've heard he was gonna get out so many times. Ten years ago I was at Sac Rehearsal Studios w/ Capone (from the G-Idez albums). We were meeting with Marv Scott (that produced for Gangsta Dre). Marv told us then that Raided's mom said he'd be out by 2007 on time served and good behavior. That was the first but I've heard it a million times since then.

He was mostly in the studio but Black Market did shows in Northern and Central Cali where he performed. Some people tell me they remember seeing him live.

X and I were on the phone with C-Bo a couple weeks back. They were reminiscing on the freestyle sessions they joined in rival territories. I would love to see him rap on stage but these cyphers were probably way more exciting.

Thank you! I agree as well. I get the same thing also. I remember seeing The Unforgiven and The Initiation CDs at Half Price Books in Austin back in 2001. I was 8 then and have been a fan since. Sacramentally Disturbed sold very well in Austin. Why does CDC keep delaying the process X-Raided says that?

Tight! Why hasn't Ced Singleton bailed him out yet? That would be cool if he did.

This thread is all bad. I love X RAIDED's music but I have no comment on his conviction because I lost a close relative to murder. I selfishly wish he was out so I can hear some new studio material but I understand the victims family as well.
