Well I've been traveling a ton myself so I'm not quite sure where the best spots are at the moment...went to cowboys and that was a gong show. Ridiculous. I usually hit "west" rooftop patio but that's only open like spring/summer. West is open all year but not the rooftop, which is the best part. Shark Club is cool to chill at, uh I've hear amsterdam rhino is good but I've never been, The Exchange plays good house music. You could check 17 ave sw, tons of bars between 1st street and 14th. Hit me up if you want I'll show you around

Non-bar related stuff...chinook center for shopping, also TD Square downtown. We got the zoo, science center, YMCA facilities, glenbow museum, you can check 'Kensington' for some interesting shops and spots to chill, 4th street sw for bomb restaurants, heritage park, you can go up top in the Calgary tower, Calgary Olympic park for the Canada sports hall of fame, you can go ice skating downtown or skiing in the mountains, you can do a day trip to banff/Canmore and check out the hot springs. Could go to a flames game lol

I've done all that so I normally chill at home and spin music in my spare time. If you want I'll shoot my number over pm
Dope breh, I never heard of those places. I am going out next weekend to some place in kensington with a bunch of folks I work with to go have hella drinks. I also went to some place called the bear and kilt which had 10 dollar burger and pint which wasn't so bad and some unicorn place that wasn't very far away from that place. Craft beer market was decent also since they had over 100 different beer on tap. Shooot me your number and we'll see whats up. Seems everyone in this city heads out of town on the weekends to ski or snowboard and I ain't never done either in my life.

No way man, Carbs, Breads, Dairy ect pack on pounds. No way you would lose as much in 2 weeks eating moderate portitions of that, compared to like a raw food diet of veggies. No way.

Not saying its tasty, i'm talking strictly #. Your calorie intake would be so much lower, with the same amount of food going in - thus burning a lot of body fat.
yeah i meant eating less caloric intake not pound for pound less food. but yeah veggies will help with that

I'm pretty sure he meant that it's the amount of calories you intake (or don't) that matters the most for losing weight. Which is true. The number one thing is to burn more calories than you take in. If you want to eat 1000 calories of junk vs 1000 calories of healthy stuff it really doesn't make a difference and you will lose the same amount of weight. Of course there are other health benefits of eating healthy stuff but that's not the point he was making.
