Moonrise Kingdom was my favorite movie of 2012 but I'll be the first to admit I'm a Wes Anderson fanboy (no marty) so I'm kind of biased.

This lady just tried to get a refund for her and four kids because they didn't like a 3D movie. I had to explain to her twice, the second time very slowly, that we don't guarantee that you will like a movie and that not liking one doesn't entitle you to a refund after the show is over.
