not a weight issue...jus waiting for fmj to announce it...it was even put back on boxing records...fmj being a diva lol..and wanting everything his way
Yo do u know if its gonna be at 147 or 154? Got Em!!

Mosley, Margarito, Williams they fought at 147-154 constantly. Not a big deal especially since Floyd only weighs about 150 ehen he fights at jmw.

Anyways, looks like its a non issue anyway.
I understand that but in this particular situation with Canelo looming, to me he will easily be the biggest fighter Mayweather will face in my opinion so I would stay at 154 just to be more comfortable at that weight. Got Em!!

Yeah, it would actually be smart of mayweather to fight at 154 and try and take all this extra time to bulk up a little for a potential Canelo fight if that's the plan. Canelo will look huge in the ring on fight night against him if the fight ever happens.

I thought Hatton had a shot. I actually still thought Floyd would win but I thought Hatton could win. Made a poor choice. But even though Hatton was getting tee'd off on, he actually gave Mayweather issues with his aggressiveness. Hatton never looked good at 147 though, I should've known better but then again, that's why I wanted to bet the odds lol Even though the odds were probably close on fight night due to all the English fans in LV

Yea thats all I am saying. Canelo is a big strong dude. If he didnt have Canelo next then I wouldnt mind him fighting at 147. Its all up to him but he should be able to decide. As for Hatton haha, I hear ya man but still u bet against Floyd when he was really in his prime. Got Em!!

Well if Floyd wants to campaign at 154 his options are Trout, Trout or Trout. Knowing Guerrero he probably would accept 154 but would tarnish the fight a bit since Guerrero isn't even close to being a JMW.
I dont think he will just remain at 154 but who knows if he beats both Guerrero & Canelo he just might go after Trout. Have to see how it plays out. Remember Floyd isnt a tru JMW himself. Got Em!!

Wut about sergio at 154????
Sergio already has 2 fights to worry about. Got Em!!

I'm still calling this right now, Broner is gonna have a problem with a strong Mexican with a chin that can handle his punching power. He hasn't really fought anyone all that great in his career yet. I think he's in for a wakeup call sooner or later. He's no Floyd.

What about Broner/Gamboa @ 135. That's really the best fight that can be made for Broner to me at the weight. Won't happen, but still best fight to be made

Ponce fights at 126 Broner is gonna keep going up.

Anyways, there could be some truth in what Chris is saying based on his past struggles with Ponce, we'll have to see. You're right he's still young we'll have to see what happens when he fights someone who is the same size and can take his power. This is true for any relatively untested fighter (gary russell, Thurman, etc).

Is DeMarco or Ponce De Leon the best fighter that Broner has fought? Then ask yourself, are either of those guys in the top 50 P4P fighters in the world? This is also part of the reason why Floyd ducked Margarito like crazy. Would Broner be able to tax someone like Jose Luis Castillo in his prime like Floyd did? Demarco isn't very good, at all. He's tough and has a great chin but he's not very good. Ponce De Leon was knocked out by Juanma Lopez in the first round and been beaten multiple times.
