respect? why does that girl have to "respect" that judge? Respect is earned not given and using your "power" to fuck people over because you don't like how they act doesn't earn respect.
the judge has a job to do period point blank, that job doesn't involve receiving "respect". His job was to set a bail based upon crime committed and previous crime committed, that's it, nothing more nothing less.
girl had no priors and ended up with $10,000 in bail and 30 days in jail for xanax possession for being stupid.

"Fuck you" to people of power or authority is assault, is it not? Police won't let you say that, why would you be able to say it in a court of law? if i dont like my boss, i cant say "Fuck you" or say that to my teacher because i didnt like a grade i got.

Of the bailiff, of the very establishment he works for, of the lawyers speaking to him. Of the people who elected him. This bitch is not REBELLIOUS, she's not fighting the man here, she's being a ten year old. This retarded 90's baby isn't going to get out of jail quicker by saying that. Sometimes you just have to do what the higher ups want you to do. When you were 12 and got caught smoking pot by your parents, and they grounded you, did saying "fuck you" get you of that grounding? no they fuckin added another week on there. and lord knows it wasnt cool to respect our PARENTS, so how about the judge? who's worked in law for however fucking long, and is someone you have to STAND FOR when he enters the room?
what happens if she just kept her mouth shut? is she DOPE? is she as FLY as RICK ROSS or whatever the fuck? A few "yes sirs, no sirs" and she woulda been on her way. in fact, thats pretty much how court works. you look sorry and willing to change, apologetic and RESPECTFUL and they make a show out of letting you off easier. (considering how you plead of course). If she was first time offender, why is she acting like a punk bitch wannabe? SHE LOOKS STUPID, not the judge.

While I don't agree with this, it is the truth.
Telling a judge to fuck off, or showing any sort of disrespect in the court room is gonna give you a 1 way ticket to places you do not want to be.
But I do not think it should be considered an assault by using your words.
Pigs & judges can tell us whatever the fuck they want (Freedom of speech) But we catch a baton, taser or worse if we use that on a pig.

Me and my dudes we downtown walkin around on a Saturday night. My guy talkin to this female sitting on someone elses car. Cop walks up to him tells him to get off the car. He does. Then my boy walks towards us and the cop pushes him and says no go the other way. Now, if my boy would have said fuck you pig, etc, we woulda had to bail him out lol it just how it go, you gotta think smart not hard.
